Supply 20/s Slag and 40/s Arkycite into the Pyrolysis Generator. If the map lacks one of these liquids, then replace the Generator with a Liquid Tank and supply 20/s Water to it.
Requires 8 full-speed Cliff Crushers (1.6/s) to supply Sand and 4/s Thorium.

Heated by Electric Heaters, which is pretty inefficient, but doesn't require anything besides a lot of power. You'll need to supply 300 additional power, besides the power, generated by the Pyrolysis.
Runs at 400%.
