Each Phase Synthesizer requires:
-4/s Thorium (means you can have 3-4 segments fed with the same full-saturation Thorium duct)
-12/s Sand (each Synthesizer needs 8 full-speed 1.6/s Cliff Crushers and a separate duct)
-8/s Ozone (2 Electrolyzers per segment)

The Synthesizers keep themselves heated by using a small amount of their output in Phase Heaters. The Electric Heaters are only there to start the process and bring them to 400% efficiency.
