Usage : stop export from core when low stock,
- perfect to always keep ressources to build

Action :
- disable unloader if stock selected to low

- Hot-wire :
Link as much unloader you want
Work immediately

- do not control unloader with no item selected (it will stay enable)

Prerequisite :
- link to core
- correct name in proc if need
- define stock min in proc
(default : 500)
- link unloader(s) to be control
