For fabricators to function at full capacity, you will need, at a minimum:
-1 silicon furnace at 100%
-3 tungsten/s, or 2 simple Large Plasma bores with at least 5 tungsten blocks
-9 hydrogen/s (the most obvious)
-Use the lower center catapult to receive the T1 loads
-You can change the type of fabricator, just place the desired type according to the orientation shown in the schematic.

T2 manufacturers made to receive T1 loads by catapult, and send T2 loads also by catapults. One manufacturer can feed 2 T3 factories, while two can feed one T5 assembler. You can remove the catapults if you want to use the units.
