For fabricators to function at full capacity, you will need, at a minimum:
-1 silicon furnace at 100%
-3,42berillyum/s for chonkchart 3,75 for merui, or 3.75 graphite/s for elude. (Five simple plasma bore are enough).
-You can change the type of fabricator, just place the desired type according to the orientation shown in the schematic.

This one is one of the manufacturer sets I created to ship units over long distances to other higher tier manufacturers. I felt the need for this because I won't always have the resources to manufacture all the tier's at once, so I at least wanted something compact and that could be sent to other more convenient areas without having to create highways or resource transporters for that, I simply think better that way.
